We normally process and dispatch all orders within 3 days of being placed if the product is in stock. Should the product not be in stock we will email you within 24-48 hours.
All orders take approximately 5-14 business days to be delivered. You will receive a tracking number once your order is sent so you can look forward to your product.
Please be aware that we cannot take responsibility for packages that are lost, stolen or delayed through the postal system.
Customs & Duty
International orders may be subject to local charges. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country.
These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Claudia Cherubini cannot be held responsible for any additional charges on your order, nor can we accept a return of the order because of customs or import charges.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for further information.
Claudia Cherubini will not process any refunds on returning parcels that have been sent back initiated by the shipping company because the customer refuses to pay potential custom clearance.
Return & Exchange Policy
To return/exchange your product, please enter your order number and the email used to place the order here and inform us to hello@claudiacherubini.com.
To meet the return/exchange deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of return/exchange before 10 days of receiving your order.
Exchange items must be of equal value. If the new item exceeds the original value, the customer will be required to pay the difference.

All return/exchange processes can take an extended amount of time.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges, including customs and import taxes. Please ensure that a tracking number is provided when sending items back.

Return of undamaged goods for exchange is entirely at customer’s cost & risk.

It is your responsibility to provide suitable packaging to ensure that the item reaches Claudia Cherubini in perfect condition. If the items are received in poor condition, we will not be able to process your exchange.

Please be advised all computer screen color settings vary and can affect the product's appearance on the monitor. Claudia Cherubini shall not be held responsible for any color discrepancies.
For issues such as receiving a faulty product, incorrect item, or wrong size

Customers are required to provide a continuous unboxing video recorded at the time of receiving the item.

The video must be unedited, with no cuts or pauses, to qualify as valid proof.

Complaints without this video evidence cannot be processed.
Please ensure the unboxing is recorded in one seamless take for verification. Please enter your order number and the email used.
How to Return/Exchange Your Order
To return/exchange your product, please notify us within 10 days of receiving it by emailing hello@claudiacherubini.com and completing this form. We will get back to you within 48 hours with instructions for returning or exchanginging your item(s).
Item(s) exchanged to us MUST be deemed by us to be in their original condition and packaging before an exchange will be issued. Claudia Cherubini will only refund return regular mail postage (shipping costs) IF you are exchanging an incorrect or defective item. Please note that your exchange request for receiving an incorrect or defective item will not be processed without a video unboxing as proof. For all other exchanges please kindly ensure that sufficient postage is affixed to the package.
Any exchange postage or shipping charges paid by Claudia Cherubini for packages that are not for incorrect or defective item(s) will be deducted from the refund provided.
Please send your exchange item(s) in a rigid cardboard box or bubble-padded envelope. We recommend that you insure your package as we are not responsible for product exchanges that arrive to us damaged, and will not credit you for these items. Items exchanged to us in a standard non-padded envelope are almost certain to be damaged by the postal service.
Return/Exchange Shipping
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs to return, incl. customs and import taxes.
All refunds will be deducted by USD25 for the handling fee.
Claudia Cherubini will cover the shipping cost only if the customer provides video unboxing proof for receiving an incorrect or defective item.
Depending on your location, you must using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your exchanged item.
Order Cancellations or Changes
We work as quickly as possible to process and fulfill your orders and get your item(s) to you as quickly as we can. Due to courier limitations, we are unable to cancel or make any changes to your order once it has been shipped. If you need to make any changes or cancel your order please contact us right away at hello@claudiacherubini.com at the time of placing your order.
Maintenance & Repairs
Things happen. Scratches, bumps, stones lost, or just a needed refresh, our jewelers are ready to assist. Work to be done will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Lost Parcels & Delivery Issues
Claudia Cherubini cannot be responsible for any orders delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error. If we do not receive correct shipping information at the time of your order or within 12 hours of your order being placed, we are not liable for any costs incurred to retrieve or resend your order or for any lost or irretrievable packages. Any delivery issues or lost packages are the responsibility of the customer. In the case of a lost package, we will do everything in our power to correspond with the respective couriers to retrieve your package or to file a claim for the value of the goods. Any extra costs incurred by Claudia Cherubini are the responsibility of the customer.
Chargebacks and Bank Disputes
Any chargebacks or disputes filed by a customer to their bank before corresponding with Claudia Cherubini will be considered in poor faith. Claudia Cherubini will do everything in its power to resolve the issue directly with the customer as per the policies above. Chargebacks or Disputes may extend this process by several months before any refunds or resolutions can be made. Any costs incurred by Claudia Cherubini due to chargebacks or disputes are the responsibility of the customer.
